What is Surrendered Leadership?
In this practice we share newness to connection to ourselves, each other and each moment. We surrender to presence within, and to what is actually true in the now, for you and the group. We lead ourselves from surrender, mindfully attuning to what is, and what is new.

As leaders, we care to hold a safe space. In all behavior, we care to promote emotional and energetic attunement to others, and to our impact. We believe that opening ourselves to feel and integrate our impact on others, without judgement, helps to create a more peaceful world.

About David:
David Brundige is surrounded and filled with love. How true that feels for him in the moment can depend either on his environment or his trust in God, or both. This event gives him the chance to practice deeper trust. David has been leading Surrendered Leadership since 2019 and wrote two articles about it on Medium. He has followed a spiritual journey through plant medicine, two living gurus, and now deep self and relational inquiry. He co-leads many events with Transformational Connection and lives in the Netherlands.

About Winde:
Winde Rienstra is a compassionate guide and facilitator dedicated to the art of human connection. Since discovering Transformational Connection in 2020, she has embraced the practice fully, holding space with warmth, playfulness, and deep presence.
Winde facilitates workshops, leads weekly gatherings in Amsterdam, and supports the six-month Transformational Connection training program as an assistant leader. As an empath and energy healer, she offers energetic reading and healing sessions alongside her coaching practice, guiding others to access emotional clarity and personal transformation.
Her presence is a unique blend of wild curiosity, gentle kindness, and cheeky playfulness. Winde is inspired by the beauty of oneness and the magic that unfolds when people open authentically, to themselves, and to one another. She brings creativity, intention and a deep love for nature into her work, inviting everyone to explore connection with heart and soul.
